PROCESS ENGINEERING

Availability of specialists and experience in projects implementation for breweries, soft drink and milk products industries both by ourselves and in cooperation with foreign companies allows us not only developing of control systems, but also process engineering for our customers. We carry out process flowcharts development, equipment calculation and preparation of procurement specifications. Later on our Customers can purchase mechanical equipment and cable products by themselves. It allows Customers cutting down expenses on equipment purchasing by avoiding overpaying. We tend to organize delivery of EC&I for electrical and electro-pneumatic cabinets, visualization equipment (servers, network equipment, etc.) as it has to be tested before installation and startup. It allows shortening of startups and as a result shortening of equipment commissioning period, which is valuable for both sides.

ENGINEERING AND DELIVERY OF CONTROL SYSTEMS

We carry out full cycle of automation equipment engineering from preparation of technical requirements for systems to delivery of equipment, including preparation of documentation: process flow charts, cable schedule, instructions manuals, etc. It allows upgrading equipment working in a manual mode to automatic or semiautomatic mode. It allows avoiding operators mistakes to certain extent, decreases manufacturing defects and alerts the operator if any actions are required in the technological process.

For our project in ESPACE Ltd. we are using up-to-date foreign components base, which guarantees stable quality level of provided automation systems. Automation systems that we design and produce are based on SIEMENS programming logic controllers (PLC). We design new equipment, but also, we can upgrade existing equipment, which allows our customers to reduce operational costs.

SOFTWARE ENGINEERING

One of the main reasons of ESPACE Ltd being successful in the field of automation has always been highly-skilled professionals in technology software.

Our specialists design software for controllers based on Step 7, TIA Portal software and also for SCADA systems (visualization systems): Siemens WinCC, Siemens Braumat, Proleit Brewmaxx, Wonderware Intouch, Intellution FIX, etc. According to the customer’s choice while performing the works we can connect supplied equipment to remotely accessible system. It allows our specialists quick connection to the supplied equipment to manage issues which can arise during operation if any.

INSTALLATION

Mostly we tend to supervise mechanical and electrical installation of technological equipment and automation systems which allows our customers to have direct contracts with installation companies. It allows costs reduction for equipment as the customers don’t have to overpay for installation. If required by the customer, we can organize installation works with the involvement of our reliable partners.

COMISSIONNING AND START-UP

We perform commissioning and start-up and equipment commissioning, consulting and customers personnel training for further operation. Our experience allows us minimizing technological equipment downtime during start-up and commissioning, which decreases costs of downtime.

We carry out commissioning and start-up works Russia -wide and in CIS.

CURRENT SYSTEMS UPGRADE

Time is moving on and operation systems are changing quite quickly. Computers get outdated before the release, but mechanics keeps working. That would be ok if spare parts were available. While you have time we offer to upgrade outdated operators panels, visualization systems (servers, operators stations, versions of SCADA systems software) and controllers of S5 and S7 line to up-to-date controllers S7-1200, S7-1500 with maintaining technology operation. When required changes to technological equipment operation can be implemented by agreement with a client. We carry out re-equipment or supply of new electrical or electro-pneumatic cabinets.
